Final Panel Survey
As part of the closing group discussion about filling in the gaps in disease management for the food allergic community, we had put together a survey to better inform our panelists and structure the discussions we hope to have at the conference next month (how strange to write that!) This survey will help form the course of the final discussion and be helpful in planning future events. We’d love for members of the online food allergy community to respond to this Survey!
