He also showed off the new top 8 allergen free cutlery kits that the South Point will be using at their restaurants to lessen any cross contamination risks.
Chef Keith also was kind enough to mention FARE, The Las Vegas Food Allergy Awareness Walk, and also the Food Allergen Bloggers Conference! Ok ok, so the name was wrong, but I can tell you we were not the only people letting out excited squeals when it was mentioned!
Chef Keith was a big reason why we chose the South Point as the host for this conference. The South Point has taken a fantastic proactive stance in catering to those with food allergies and adopting safe practices in their restaurants and food service.
